For the sustainable shopper! Our main focus at The Olive Rose Collection is to bring pieces of character that tell a story. All antique and vintage arrivals are listed on our Instagram feed weekly. Pieces that are available for purchase after each drop will be added here. Please keep in mind these items are used and will often have wear and tear due to age or use.

Refunds & Returns
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you had an item shipped and it came to you broken, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit.
If you purchased a secondhand item, any significant damage will be listed in the listing photos and/or item description.
If an item comes to you with a stain or damage larger than the size of a penny that was not noted in the listing, then you will be eligible for a refund or store credit.
MISPLACED/LOST ITEMS:
If an item was shipped to you and was misplaced by
USPS, I can assist you in filing a claim through their website. Because it is at fault of USPS, there are no refunds available.

IF YOU SELECT LOCAL PICK UP AT CHECK OUT AND YOUR ORDER IS STILL NOT PICKED UP 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER DATE, THE ORDER WILL BE CLOSED WITH NO REFUND.
This is due to minimal space available to hold orders.
(Exceptions apply to those who have been in contact with the owner to make other arrangements)
